Sales Policies
Terms: We request a 50% deposit before beginning work. The balance including the final shipping cost is due upon project completion and before the project is shipped. We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping
We work to find the best shipping price for our customers. We do not add any additional costs beyond our actual packaging expenses. We cannot give an absolute price until the project is finished and weighed. We work with UPS and DHL and also several trucking firms and brokers to find the best possible price for our customers. If your project ships via LTL trucking and you are willing to pick up your items at a local terminal it is possible to reduce your costs significantly.
How Long Will it Take?
Every project is accepted on a first come first served basis. Our shop is often scheduled several weeks in advance. As each piece is hand crafted individually and all carving is done by hand, we cannot offer estimates of how long a project will take with any degree of accurancy.
Our Responsibility
As Orthodox Christians we understand the projects that we craft for Orthodox Churches are not just furniture pieces but are rather items used in the worship of our Lord. We take that responsibility seriously.
